  1. No minimum order.

  2. All credit card transactions are secure and encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
    (Secure Sockets Layer) -- A protocol designed by Netscape Communications to enable encrypted, authenticated communications across the Internet.

    SSL used mostly (but not exclusively) in communications between web browsers and web servers. URL¹s that begin with ³https² indicate that an SSL connection will be used.

    SSL provides 3 important things: Privacy, Authentication, and Message Integrity.

     When an order is placed it is encrypted and sent to a secured server. No information is sent to us via email. In order to retrieve your order we must login to the secured server. This server also uses SSL encryption.

    Corporate customers may establish Net 15 Terms with us by sending bank & trade references with complete mailing & shipping addresses and an email contact to:

  3. Upon shipping we will mail a "hard" copy of your invoice and credit card receipt seperately from your order if you requested a receipt. We will also include the shipping tracking #'s.

  4. If a shipping method is not stated we will hold the order until someone is contacted to authorize a shipping method. International shipments will be sent USPS Express International.

  5. We do not ship freight collect internationally.
    Important Shipping Information:
    We charge you only actual shipping costs. The freight charges shown online are approximate only. This is because the freight shown includes additional fees such as Residential, Fuel Surcharges, or Out Of Area fees which may not apply to you. The freight shown are also Zone 8 charges (East Coast). If your shipping location is closer to us (West Coast) then your freight should be cheaper. We can not honor money-back guarantees for ship times on air freight. We do ship freight collect on USA shipments, but we do not ship freight collect third party. We can ship using your Frieght Collect number, but not your customers Freight Collect number.


  6. A two dollar handling charge is applied to all shipments.
    $2.00 Handling Charge is non-refundable.

  7. Freight charges are based on DHL charts in accordance with the weight of your package. We have no hidden costs.
    We do not credit back freight unless items returned test defective.

  8. Washington State sales tax applies to orders received by Pacific Custom Cable Inc for all orders shipped within Washington State and no attached resale number.

  9. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is the invoice #.

    RETURNS MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE WITH THE RETURN AND A REASON FOR THE RETURN WRITTEN ON THE COPY.

    A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We test all (opened packaging) returns and the 20% restocking fee will be waived if it is found defective. We do not do exchanges. Credit Card refunds will be issued by check and not credited to the credit card.

    Custom cables and applications are not returnable for refund. If an error is discovered in the wiring pinout custom items can be returned for rework. All custom items from our website will have the word custom in the description i.e. (custom length)

    If you have ordered the wrong item(s) and would like to get the correct item(s) - Please place another order online for the correct item(s) and we will refund the return minus the restocking fee when we process our RMA.

    If you have received another item that what you have ordered please return the incorrect item with a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the reason for the return written on it. We will refund the original invoice, including freight back to us if sent back USPS, minus the $2.00 handling when we process our refunds. If you still need the item originally ordered please place a new order with notation in the comments section with a reference to your previous order.

    You have a 45 day return limitation from the date of the invoice for WRONG items ordered or received. We will not accept refund items returned later than 45 days.

    You have a 6 month return limitation from the date of the invoice for DEFECTIVE items ordered or received. We will not accept refund items returned later than 6 months.

    TO HELP UNDERSTAND THE RMA PROCESS

    • Important: If the following two steps are not done it will delay the return process
      1. Return the item with a copy of the packing slip or invoice
      2. On the copy write the reason for the return.
    • If you have purchased the wrong cable or no longer need the item there is a 20% restocking fee if the items have not been damaged.
    • If you have been sent the wrong cable, please send it back through USPS and the freight back will also be included in your refund. Place another order online again for the item you needed. For assurance, please make note in the comments section for us to double check the product so that you are not sent the wrong cable in error again.
    • When the Returns Department receives the item and it is tested they will mark it passed test or failed test.
    • It then goes to the order department who writes up a refund order.
    • If the cable passes a 20% restocking fee is applied.
    • If it fails than there is a full price refund (minus the $2.00 nonrefundable handling charge). We do not credit back freight unless items returned are defective.
    • Once a month the refunds are processed.
